Lots are in areas where roads exist & here, we can combine excitement with comforts.

When we do camp, we supply all necessary equipments of high standard. Motorhomes Adventure India Rental Terms
Please note: If you do not book in the local currency of the country where your rental takes place the payment due dates will change and
your main vehicle rental charges will be payable in full upon confirmation of your booking.
This is to lock in the currency rate of the day you booked on and avoid further currency fluctuations. Some charges like taxes,
compulsory fees, extra items may still be payable upon pick up of your vehicle in their local currency.
(Please note, If you book in the local currency of the country where your rental takes place the standard payment terms described under the heading Payment Terms will apply.)
Transfers / Accommodation:
Complimentary transfer service from Airport to the pre-booked Hotel and next morning a leisurely drive to our depot by private vehicle. (1 day accommodation is included in the price of minimum 30 days of rental)
Rental Period:
Rates are charged on a calendar day basis and minimum rental period is 15 days, i.e. If you pick up your vehicle on Sunday and return it the following Saturday this hire will be calculated as a 7 day rental, regardless of pick-up time on your first day of hire but must return your vehicle before 09:00 pm on your final hire day. If a vehicle is returned later than 10:00 pm on the final hire day you will be charged an additional day’s hire. Each day after the final hire day, if the vehicle is not returned, you will be charged an additional day’s hire as well as a fifty dollar penalty per day and compensation of the next hirer, we reserve the right to pass on these costs to you. Early return of a vehicle does not entitle the hirer to a refund of the unused portion of the rental.
Driver Requirement
Driver must be over 23 of age and must hold a current international driving license & domestic license issued by your own country, at least 3 years old. The driving License must be unendorsed & clean and must be produced at the time of collecting the vehicle, proof of identity is required such as passport or other reasonable proof, including 3 passport size photos must be produced by hirer at the start of the hire.
1. Details of additional drivers are required with all necessary proof. Maximum 2 drivers per rental on additional cost of USD $ 60 per driver.
2. Drivers are responsible for all costs and expenses incurred as a result of offences against the road traffic act & liable for all legal penalties which are incurred during the period of hire and any damage caused by willful misconduct (e.g. driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs) or accidents including third party property and vehicle repair or replacement of vehicles windscreen or tires damage or of hired vehicle. The driver will also inform company for any liability.
3. Overhead and underbody damage to the vehicle. Any damage arising from misjudgment of dimensions. Driving on restricted roads. Vehicle can only be driven on sealed/bitumen roads. Alterations to the Vehicle. Submersion in water. Contact with Salt Water. Used for any illegal purpose for any race, rally or contest. Used to tow any vehicle or trailer. Used to carry volatile liquids, gases, explosives or other corrosive or inflammable material.
The hirer agrees that he or she:
Liabilities
a) Shall not carry more passengers than the seating capacity what is actually mention on the vehicle registration book or carry goods for hire & reward.
b) Vehicles can only be driven on sealed/bitumen roads. Vehicles are not allowed to submerse in water and contact with Salt Water.
c) Will be responsible for any damage to the interior or exterior, including the amenities of MOTORHOME, i.e. equipments, fixtures and fittings and damage caused to the vehicle by improper use, mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation of failure to provide normal maintenance. This includes checking engine oil, fluids, batteries water and coolant levels, the cost of any damage to the vehicle subject to the daily rental rate for the period the Vehicle is off fleet for accident or repairs. The cost to recover a vehicle which has become bogged. In all cases hirer will be charged to make things good.
d) All animals other than guided dogs have to be approved by the company at the time of booking. If approved, all damage however caused by the animals will be charged to the hirer in full.
e) Understands that no claims for loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables of the hirer or any person or persons will be considered.
f) One way trip is not permitted until you take the prior written permission from our head office in Delhi. Shall not, without written consent from Motorhome Adventures, remove the vehicle out of India. Motorhome pickup point will also be the drop-off point.
One Way Hire:
Its is possible to commence your hire in Delhi and finish it in other parts of India at extra charge, depending on the distance in kilometers. If hired for 30 days or more for one way trip to Nepal, Kathmandu from Delhi (vice - versa) NO extra cost. There is an additional charge of USD 92/- per week for travel to Nepal, to cover Nepal roadside assistance. This is Nepal vehicle road tax for a week which is to be paid at the time of getting the vehicle inside Nepal at customs. If the hirer wishes to change the drop off destination in Nepal other than Kathmandu after the rental has commenced, they must first obtain authorization from the Company. Subject to the change being approved, an additional charge of up to USD 95/- may apply.
f) When collecting the vehicle hirer should allow our experts to familiarize them with the vehicle functions before the journey begins. It is essential that the hirer should be given a thorough introduction to the Motorhome and to cover necessary paper work. Please remember to allow at least 2 hour when collecting or returning your vehicle.
g) Smoking inside the motorhome is not allowed.
h) Vehicle or the property Damage
I am aware that;
The Vehicle is insured for third party damage claim only I will have to pay for any damage that excess of USD $ 2,000/- security deposit Notify Motorhome Adventures immediately of the happening of the event obtain the names and addresses of third parties and any witnesses and report the event to the nearest police station. Not to make any admission of liability to other parties, settlement offer or other like offer. Assist Motorhome Adventures in handling any claim arising from any event, including providing all relevant information and attending Court to give evidence. I acknowledge that the excess or other amount due by me in respect of any damage arising from an accident, loss or damage is payable at the time of reporting the event and not at the completion of the rental period.
Security Deposit:
When you collect your vehicle we take a security deposit of USD $ 2,000/- payable by cash or traveler's cheque. This is the insurance excess for any single accident which may occur during your holiday. It is fully refundable on return of the vehicle to the agreed location, on the agreed date and time, in the same condition as it was let out to you, with the toilet empty, the interior clean including all cooking appliances and the tanks full of fuel. We do not deduct the security bond, but merely hold the authority to deduct it in the unfortunate event of an accident.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
A non refundable booking deposit is required to secure your motorhome booking. The exact amount is detailed in the breakdown of pricing.
A second stage payment of 25% of rental charge is taken shortly after booking confirmation as a separate transaction.
The remaining balance is due in full, 60 days before the commencement of hire paid by bank transfer. When making the booking the Motorhome Adventures require details of the client to make the paper work ready. For late bookings (less than 60 days before departure) the full rental price is payable on booking. Vehicle will not be released without full payment being completed.
We accept bank transfer only plus 3.90% service tax applicable.
Availability
Availability is on a request and confirm basis at the time of reservation. A reservation is only binding after it has been confirmed by Motorhome Adventures and the initial deposit and second stage payment of 25% of rental charge has been received. Once the reservation is confirmed. Settlement of the remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to departure. While every effort is made to ensure that the vehicle reserved is available, if due to circumstances beyond our control, the reserved vehicle is not available, the company reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative. If this is not acceptable, the liability of Motorhome Adventures will be limited to the return of any monies paid by the hirer.
Breakdown
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, company request that the hirer seeks the help from our team as soon as possible. Repairs will be approved provided the hirer was not directly responsible for the damage. Getting to service stations is easy but in case of major break down, we at the head office are there to take care of the problem.
Problems encountered with the vehicle or equipment must be reported to Motorhome Adventures team as soon as possible and within 24 hours in order to give Motorhome Adventures the opportunity to rectify the problem within the rental period. Failure to do so will compromise any claims for compensation. We do not accept liability for any claims submitted after this period.
Failure to do so will compromise any claim that may eventuate after the hire is finished. In all cases the responsibility of company is limited to refunding for the time that the vehicle was actually in repair. No alternative accommodation or food items will be paid for during down time. Malfunction of Radio/Cassette/DVD players, TV’s, Videos, Microwave, Inverter, Stove, Grill, Air-conditioning units, Fridge, Water heater, Water pump, Water filter, Alternator or any other gadgets & Camping equipments Etc are not considered mechanical breakdowns and downtime will not be paid for these items. Retrospective claims will not be accepted for all Motorhome or Campervan, rentals.
FUEL
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel during your touring (e.g. Diesel & Gas) Please be aware of the fuel type before fuelling the vehicle!
Personal Travel Insurance
Personal Travel Insurance is the responsibility of the hirer, Indian legislation provides limited coverage for personal injury.
VEHICLE INSURANCE
This covers the limited cost of damage to Third Party property or vehicle only.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the Indian laws. Any dispute will be settled in the court of India and in Delhi only.

CANCELLATIONS
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, the following charges also apply:
The second stage payment of 25% of rental charge is also forfeited if bookings are cancelled.
32 days and over 25% of total reservation cost retained
23 - 32 days 40% of total reservation cost
13 - 22 days 60% of total reservation cost
4- 12 days 75% of total reservation cost
No Show 100% of total reservation cost.
No refunds for cancellations made after the travel or travel date has commenced. If the vehicle is returned early for any reason and for pre-booked kilometers, whatsoever after travel has commenced then no refund is available.
Motorhome Adventures reserves the right to cancel hire if, at the commencement of hire, the driver’s licenses are invalid or not according to the conditions set out above. In these circumstances the total hire charge will be forfeited.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.

In such a case, if you book with us at a quoted rate that is incorrect, we will notify you of any price change and give you the option to proceed or cancel. We make every effort to keep information on our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee this website is free of errors or omissions and retain the right to update or change the information published at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.
When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.
Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

No refunds for cancellations made after the travel or travel date has commenced. If the vehicle is returned early for any reason and for pre-booked kilometers, whatsoever after travel has commenced then no refund is available.
Motorhome Adventures reserves the right to cancel hire if, at the commencement of hire, the driver’s licenses are invalid or not according to the conditions set out above. In these circumstances the total hire charge will be forfeited.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.

The rates on this website are often heavily discounted. This is due to our negotiated rates and bulk buying power. On very rare occasions, a rate may be displayed incorrectly due to our, or a vehicle supplier's error. In such a case, if you book with us at a quoted rate that is incorrect, we will notify you of any price change and give you the option to proceed or cancel. We make every effort to keep information on our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee this website is free of errors or omissions and retain the right to update or change the information published at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.
When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.
Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

Vehicle or the property Damage
The Vehicle is insured for third party damage claim only I will have to pay for any damage that excess of USD $ 2,000/- security deposit Notify Motorhome Adventures immediately of the happening of the event obtain the names and addresses of third parties and any witnesses and report the event to the nearest police station. Not to make any admission of liability to other parties, settlement offer or other like offer. Assist Motorhome Adventures in handling any claim arising from any event, including providing all relevant information and attending Court to give evidence. I acknowledge that the excess or other amount due by me in respect of any damage arising from an accident, loss or damage is payable at the time of reporting the event and not at the completion of the rental period.
Personal Travel Insurance
Personal Travel Insurance is the responsibility of the hirer, Indian legislation provides limited coverage for personal injury.
VEHICLE INSURANCE
This covers the limited cost of damage to Third Party property or vehicle only.
